This project included complete reroofing of a 200,000 square foot building in 100 days, including demolition of the existing aluminum roof system, and 3" rigid insulation board, epoxy-coating the existing corroded structural decking, and new insulation OSB board, ice and water shield, metal roofing, suffits, fascials, trim, and transitions. It also included the construction of three large canopies, reconstruction and improvements to the lightning protection system, removal and reinstallation of the roof-mounted HVAC systems, concrete sidewalks and piers, and snow guard systems. The existing improvements, landscaping, and terrain around the building made access difficult. Our crew size averaged approximately 40 workers.
