This project is an Arizona School Facilities Board project. We were selected as Construction Manager at Risk (CM/R) for this district at the same time we were selected for the Colorado City and Fredonia districts. The work in Page consists of $1.5 million in deficiencies, including HVAC, Roofing, Fire Alarm, Concrete, Windows, and many smaller miscellaneous items. All are complete, except for the fire alarm work and hardware replacement, which should be awarded to trade contractors shortly.
