This project included the conversion of a sawdust log manufacturing plant into an electric supply store. The existing building had a 60' tower section that was falling down and had to be removed carefully with a 200 ton crane. When we started, the building was occupied by transients and animals, and required a massive clean-up effort prior to the start of the renovation work. We provided both design and construction services for this project.
