This 7,200 sq. ft. classroom building was completed in 69 calendar days from the issuance of the building permit to move-in.

The project was originally specified as a proprietary modular building. We were required to construct the building to match the modular building manufacturer's specifications and design. We constructed the building on-site at a considerably lower price than the specified modular system.
