We have constructed several projects at the Navajo Generating Station. As part of the $600 million retrofit with scrubber technology, we constructed a chemical laboratory building to house the compliance operation, and a Digital Control Systems building inside the base of each of the three new stacks. In subsequent years, we have constructed upgrades to the grounding systems on a unit price basis as a part of the overhauls of each unit.
