This is a remodel on the Northern Arizona University Performing and Fine Arts building that we completed in 1998. It included complete interior demolition and renovations in several areas, and partial interior demolition and renovations in others, excavation for a new entrance below the previous grade to the Clifford E. White Theater, a new Black Box Theater, extensive fascia work at the entrances, and new elevators, HVAC, and electrical systems. The project totalled $4 million, and was constructed while most of the building was still in use.
