This project was a renovation of a historic sandstone building, originally built in the 1930s to house the administration of the Arizona State Teachers College, now NAU. Later, the Gammage Library was built as an addition to it, named after Grady Gammage, a former president of the college. Our work included the asbestos removal, which was subcontracted out to a licensed abatement contractor. Our work also included a new elevator and shaft, a new steel staircase, and interior renovations. Related: |
