She joined Flagstaff, Design & Construction in September of 1989 and has been with us for 17 years.   Midge graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Midge serves as our Controller, is responsible for all administrative functions, supervises administrative personnel, and liaisons with sub-contractors to determine all project administrative and financial requirements are met. Midge’s knowledge, experience, attention to detail and can do attitude make her a valuable asset to all FDC projects

Prior to joining FDC, Midge worked for Continental Hotels, Inc. as the General Manager of various hotels within Arizona and California.  During this time she opened five new hotels, hired and trained the staff.  Midge’s knowledge, experience, attention to detail and can do attitude make her a valuable asset to all FDC projects.  Midge is charged with the complete integrity of the AR/AP process. Her thorough attention to this responsibility assures all invoices are reviewed and paid, including those of our subcontractors.

Midge oversees all aspects of our firm's project accounting and overall financial reporting.  She has a great understanding of the accounting process and keeps important information up to date and safe so we can make good decisions and stay in good legal standing.
