Harry Nez began his career at Flagstaff Design & Construction, Inc. in April of 1985 as a laborer on the metal building erection crew. In his fifteen-plus years, he has become proficient in virtually every aspect of commercial construction, and is capable of leading crews of up to thirty workers. His skills keep him in demand on our projects. He is appreciated by our managers, clients, and architects alike. His good nature and sense of humor contribute to morale and productivity, and his attention to the needs of the workmen under his supervision make him an essential link between management and the workforce. He knows the labor force in the area, and can quickly assemble a crew of skilled workers in any craft. He has attended numerous seminars and training sessions on management and safety topics.
