It was my responsibility to work with them as we had a full range of classes and activities taking place in the other parts of the building wall this was going on. The project involved gutting the lower floor and completely changing it to offices, classrooms and seminar rooms. The final cost of the project was $586,000. We were very pleased with the consideration and cooperation that Flagstaff Design and George Lavorgna, the Project Superintendent, showed throughout the project. We were able to meet our commitments to classes throughout the summer and fall and when the project was completed in September, we were very pleased with the new area. The old training school area had been transformed into an area that we are very prod and pleased with. Included in the remodeling was the removal of the PCB transformer to a toxic waste dump and the installation of the new transformer which was completed in good order. I have worked with a number for building contractors in my years with school, and I would certainly rate Flagstaff Design very high. Yours truly, E. J. Topp, Ed.D. |
