FDC served as General Contractor for the construction of the Summit Fire Station, located at the corner of Cosnino Road and Townsend/Winona Highway. The fire station is a one storey building, 8600 sq. ft., with a Community Center, Exercise Room, Day Room, Bunk Room and 4-door Apparatus Bay.
